How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipping confirmation and a tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your shipment’s status in real-time.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Your tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your confirmation email for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
What If I Can’t Find My Tracking Number?

Order Status Definitions

In Transit: Your appliance is on its way to your delivery address.

Out for Delivery: Your package is with the local courier and should arrive today.

Delivered: Your order has been successfully dropped off at the provided address.

Attempted Delivery: The carrier tried to deliver but was unsuccessful (e.g., signature required).
