1. Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost? At Holaxi, we offer Standard Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or handling charges at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. This includes 1–2 business days for processing (Handling Time) and 2–5 business days for delivery (Transit Time).
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) for large appliances.
2. Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted gateways.
Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@holaxi.store within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the handling phase, we may not be able to stop the shipment.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. Please see our [Refund Policy] for full details.
Is there a restocking fee? No, we do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
What if my appliance arrives damaged? Since appliances are fragile, please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, take photos and contact us at support@holaxi.store within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Are your appliances brand new? Yes, all products sold on holaxi.store are 100% brand new and shipped in original manufacturer packaging.
Do the appliances come with a warranty? Yes, most of our home appliances come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Please check the specific product page for warranty duration and details.
